Yoga Classes


We’re so excited to offer Yoga classes at our space in Council Bluffs! Below you can find descriptions of the different classes we offer and a link to the class calendar and our teacher’s bios. Pricing:

  • All yoga classes are offered at a $15 drop-in rate.
  • 10 and 20 class passes are available for $120 and $240. Class passes can be used for you and a guest or shared with friends and family!
  • Payment is accepted by cash, check, or Venmo at this time.

Yoga with Ilona

There’s a practice for every season and for every level which is why Ilona encourages you to join her on the mat every Monday and Wednesday at noon for a free-flowing all-levels class that may incorporate elements of aromatherapy, Reiki, Massage Therapy, and more.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a relaxation practice designed to guide you to the point between sleep and waking, allowing you to profoundly relax. Unlike most Yoga classes you’ll spend the majority of this class laying down supported by bolsters, blankets and meditation cushions. Your teacher’s voice will help you into the nidra state where you can experience the benefits of deep sleep while remaining aware. A 45 minute Yoga Nidra session can provide the same mental refreshment as a 2 hour nap and has been shown to improve sleep, reduce heart rate, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression thanks to the deep relaxation response it produces in your body.

Yoga Reset

Are you new to Yoga? This weekly class with Tricia Custer is great for new and experienced students – her experience and intuition really leave you feeling supported on all levels and help you to reap the transformative benefits of yoga practice. Come in for class and stick around to enjoy tea, refreshments and a chance to ask questions and chat with your fellow students and teacher.

Yin Yoga

Beginner? This is a perfect class to ease your way into the meditative practice of Yoga. This all-level class will move through a series of poses designed to work on connective tissue and joints to increase circulation and improve flexibility. Yin uses props to help you relax and release tension as you work through a series of poses held for 2-5 minutes each. The extended duration helps practitioners reduce stress and anxiety, broaden mindfulness, improve range of motion, advance feelings of deep calm and so much more.
