Adults and teens, join us to learn the basics of Jill Miller’s Yoga Tune Up Method. This full body, self-massage and rolling workshop targets the “three Ps” of pain, posture and performance. Ilona takes the basics of this method and adds breathwork and hot stone therapy to create a self-care focused class designed to give you a stronger sense of your body dynamics and capabilities. By helping you identify “body blindspots,” Yoga Tune Up can encourage the healing of damaged muscle areas, release tension and knots, and help you build strength.
Attendees will receive a set of Tune Up balls as part of the price of admission.
